Just bought a Mondeo TDCI Zetec, now looking for insurance but when I put in the reg number it gives me 2 options:
2000-2003 TDCI 115bhp
2001-2007 TDCI 130bhp
(I think it's that way around, I may be wrong)

But how can I tell which mine is, it is 1998cc, the CI on the rear of the car is red (don't know if this makes a difference.

Any help appreciated.

 

I thought the tddi was the 115bhp and the tdci was the 130bhp ,as i have a 2001 tddi mk3 mondeo

 

I think its under the bonnet, mine is a 2006 but its a 115 bhp.

 

I thought that too but on the insurance sites it's showing the TDCI in 115bhp and 130bhp.

Mine's a 52 plate with a 5 speed gearbox.

 

Does anyone know for definite, is it something to do with being a 6 or 5 speed?
