New ST....Help please ASAP
I currently have an ST170 and im thinking of getting the new ST. 
My only reservation is the increase fuel consumption. I do 50 miles a day to and from work and i know the new st will use a little more but how much more? 
I have seen all the usual crap based on an averge blar blar blar....
but i need some real figures, for instance my st170 does 316 miles on a full tank £40. What does the new st do
Please can anyone help asap as i have seen a car an need to make decision before someone else buys it.

depends on how u drive but i hardly use my st and cant get any better than 22mpg,tho mines is modified,the mpg figures ford released were bit optimistic,best thing 2 do is go test drive 1 and c . . . .but then u wud end up buying 1!!!!

Nice car by the way
when you play it will drop worst ive seen is 19mpg but on average its about 27mpg (i reset the computer monthly)

If MPG is a priority DONT buy an ST Mine is the greediest car Ive had and Ive had a few 27 MPG Is bollocks and the fuel computer thingy lies like a nigger on a rape charge Dont get Me wrong I love the car BUT its easy to get it down to 10 to 12 to a gallon !!

since the march 10 post ive checked mine manually tank full to tank full and even on the calculator im getting 26.4 mpg but that is driving normally trying not to get involved with the local boy racers .
