does anyone know if the dash and recaros from a mk3 fiesta rs turbo will fit into a fiesta mk2 xr2??
and if so are thay a straight fir or how much hassle is needed?

they will go in,

the seats need the runners changed etc but not a hard job,

as for the dash its been quite a few times and is not that difficult,

just strip yours out &line the mk3 up, will need a few new fiings mae up but nothing serious

there are a few ways you can fit the seats. you can either modify your xr2 runners to make them wider to suit the recaro seats or you can leave the fiesta turbo runners on but cut down the sides of the bolt hole fins which bolt the seat to the car. these wont fit ouright they need cutting down. also cos the fornt of the seat is wider you need to make some brackets up which will accomodate the seats.

this is the way i done it. i suppose the better way is to use the xr2 runners and get a bracket/plate made up to allow for the wider seat.

also the door card will touch the seat and this can be quiet hard to shut the door.
