hello there just after some advice, i purchased a mk1 xr2 today
, to wich i will ad some photos tomorrow on the projects section, but just wondering on the amount of work it will be to fit an rs turbo engine to it? i have been told there is quiet a few alterations? if so what are they if anyone can point me in the right direction?

im no expert but with the age of car u may need 2 seam weld it and 2 put turbo engine in it u will have 2 move battery in 2 boot and if ur using fiesta rst engine with t2 turbo u may b ok tho if its a escort engine with t3 u need 2 cut out small piece on crossmember 2 clear turbo!!!

engine mounts, gear linkages need changing slightly, might need to cut a section out the wing to accomodate the gearbox
stick with the X'flow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
tune that up and you'll give an RST'd mk1 a bloody good run for its money might even have its pants down

you have 2 modify the gearbox end chassis leg 2 fit the 5 speed box in fiesta centre used 2 sell the kit as with a new gearbox brace which it mounts to is different to original aswell
