how do i turn off active volume control on my fiesta st 150

hi peeps iv jus purchased a ford fiesta st150 but cant turn the avc off.. its a blakpunkt sat nav system and the owners manual doesnt list this stereo in there.. if anyone has any clue on how to turn it off it wud be great...
