Default Ford cd player

Has anyone else had problems with the ford cd player, with the 6 disc changer in the dash?Mine has swollowed a cd and wont eject it. Took it back to the garage where i bought it from and he wont look at it because it has a copied cd in it. I took it to a couple of specialsts and they said its not worth repairing and that its common for that model to do that. Even ford said that.

Mine did the same!
I'm afraid you'll just have to bin it or buy an ipod with itrip connector which will play your music through fm channels.

well, if you have nothing to lose, take it out, pop the covers off of it and manually eject the CD

its only stuck as copied CDs are slightly thicker than pucker ones and its just stuck, it will come out with a little help

Dont really wanna do that as it still plays 1 cd but wont eject the second one. in fact it dosnt even recognise that its got another one in there at all?
I'll just leave it playing 1 cd for now. If i touch it it will totaly knacker things up
