How many miles to run in Focus ST?

Run it in 
Have done 650 miles since saturday and £250 in optimax!! the best mpg i've seen is 18.3 so far!!! wont say the worst Have to admit its starting to loosen up abit!!

i didnt run mine in either, must b no bad tho cos can c off ma pals 265bhp focus rs,cant get any better than 18.8mpg 
and i always run it on optimax!!!
