Cant remove inner door panel

Cant remove inner door panel
Hi
I need to remove the door panel to knock out a small dent in the door (don't ask!) but cant seem to take it off, and don't want to do any more damage!
There is a screw at the bottom that is easy enough to remove, but cant find any others, and the panel wont seem to "click"off
Any help much appreciated -thanks
