is it possible to fit a duratec v6 into the back of a ka? or just a complete no go from the start???? what will be the main issues

The main issues are:
* Everything

It won't fit in the front either, it's too big

shonky your ka was on display at rally day-castlecombe last year wasnt it? whats it like performance wise?

It goes alright, when it had the 2.5 it was enough to keep up with an e46 m3 to 100, the turbo is plumbed in and running but I've got a few boost and exhaust leaks to sort out before mapping it properly, should be good for 300hp when it's done, just can't be arsed at the moment lol

go rwd??? like if a lad is able to put a cossie yb into a mini anything is possible.

You're right, anything is possible it's beyond most people's ability, it takes a lot of time and effort to convert a FWD car to RWD and if you get the geometry wrong it'll suck!

I might be easier to able to make a RWD mk3 mondeo with x-type jag parts

just look at the way i done my mk3 rwd escort and youll see the work involved. least if you use a floor like i did and alot of people do your nearly garranteed that the geometrys are going to be right if you have your measurements.

Did you see photos of the Viper engine in a Saab? they had a load of those laser alignment tools like you'd buy in B&Q, they'd come in dead handy for putting a floorpan in I'd imagine!
