St170 help please!!

Ok people need some more help on this 1383 code.. checked wiring to vct and it’s getting 12v on idle and the vct solenoid is reading 11ohms so that’s working fine?? Changed oil and cleaned the solenoid I’m still getting the code 👎 is there anything else simple I can do before moving onto putting it into a garage for a look at which will cost an arm and a leg I’m sure 🤦*♂️ thanks 🙏

if solonoids working and all things electrical are ok especially the IMRC unit and flaps, my next port of call would be the vvt itself as they are meant to be changed around 60k but hardly anybody changes them so they do fail but may as well do belts etc while there
