ST170 Throttle Body
I'm about to order a CFM 67mm throttle body for my ST170 from Pumaspeed but am a little concerned. If I look at the same product from CFM based in America they actually list in the items description :
"Most aftermarket air intakes have 2.75 inch piping while our throttle body has a larger 3 inch opening. You will need in that case a 2.75 inch to 3.0 inch transition hose and the 3 inch hose clamp listed below."
Where as the one advertised in the U.K. doesn't mention this ?
Has anyone fitted one before, and if so do I need the transition hose ? and would I also need a new gasket ?
