Is it just bogging down or do you think its physically running badly?
The traction control is on the brakes and not spark suppressing so you can effectively keep it pinned.
The gearing is quite tall and if you let the revs drop at pull away it will bog down. You should wherever possible avoid idle speed pull aways too as it can wear the DMF.
Is the eml on? Could be the IMRC stuck open? They're prone to fuel pump failure too.

When you start it the plastic cam moves the cable which at a guess is closing the imrc, the secondary runners open at 5kish.
Is the eml on? You can run the self diagnostics to see if its throwing up the error code for the IMRC. You can hear the induction/engine note change slightly at 5k on the road if the secondaries are opening.

Well the eml doesn't cum on at all I've had a look at the bulb an it's ok so I don't no if it's on or not. An I could feel the power kid in around 5k like it was a turbo but now it's not like that
IIRC the eml comes on at startup as part of the self test and then goes out.
Could be the imrc, theres a tutorial on repairing it if you google it, it shows you how to diagnose it too. The eml would be on though and the self diagnostic will throw up a code.
What fuel are you using? I've had shit fuel play up ours, it had no power and was like it was running on 3!

So whats the problem like in more detail and how frequent? if the imrc is functioning as it should the other common issue is the fuel pump.
My mrs drives ours daily and every now and then comes home complaining its running rough and she's had to mash it into the floor to get it to shift anywhere near how it should. I take it out straight after and buzz it round the local bypass, it pulls as it should and flys. Essentially her problem is that she comes straight out of work into traffic and kind of chokes it up. She also complains that it bogs down, its when she doesn't use enough revs though usually.
Only time i've had a problem is when i've used shit fuel as mention earlier and it wouldn't even move at low speed.

I don't no fella I've had a littler mess around with it an it seems to be a lot better but I had to do the same thing as your miss. But it cud av been the fuel I put in like you said :/
There is a pipe the don't look to good cus when it's running its flat an that comes from just under the carb

without looking that could be the breather? What fuel do you use? I avoid supermarkets and BP, even £10 of BP fuel in any modern ford i've owned plays up, it runs ok for a spell then runs like shit, idles fine but has no power, its hesitant and lumpy driving it.
i would say its more likely the BP stuff to be a problem, get some better stuff in there.
People take the piss out of me over it but i'm not imagining it and after having the problem years ago i've only put £10 in when i've bee really low until i get to another garage and its started playing up.
