Fuel pump info req

Is there any difference in flow rate between a 225st & a mk2 rs standard fuel pump?

Is it a worthy up grade?

Why not just put a Welbo pump in? Tbh wont make much odds the pressure reg on the rail controls the pressure etc anyway
