Default st170 high idle when cold

As title, is this common? And is there a fix? Its not a major problem, but i would just rather it didn't do it.
Thanks

From memory when I worked at ford there was an issue with the st170 brakes from cold. Ie the servo was crap & they issued a recall that altered the cold start map to increase the revs by 2 or 3 hundred rpm for a short period of time to help the servo build up pressure quicker.
