ST170 exhaust vernier pulley

Is the zetec exhaust pulley the same as the st170 pulley. I'm looking to put a vernier pulley on and can't find much about them.

Piper do them, as do CFM, had one on mine retarded 8 degrees, it bogged down a little at low revs but went like stink up the top of the rev range.
I had a CFM one
