Default st 170 coilover advice

Hi all, im just after abit of advice, im considering purchasing some coilovers for my st170 but i am in two minds

What are the advantages? Will the car look and handle much different/ better?

I am worried because i had a fiesta previously lowered 60mm on just springs, and ever since the fiesta was lowered the car became loose and felt more old and dodgy if that makes sense, a few friends have also had the same problems with interior parts and one with wheel bearing problems

And finally could anyone reccomend a decent set and were i could purchase some

Thanks andrew

I have coilovers on my ST170, at the moment they are set a little low for my liking, 10mm of the front tyre is tucked up in the front arch same with the rear but they have made a great difference in how the car handles, the wallowing has gone and the car is very flat round corners, it helps that the car is fully polybushed though

Thanks for the advice mate, has any interior parts etc come loose due to the stiffness of the ride, and also what coilovers do you have

Thanks

Nothing rattles well not that i have noticed, only thing is due to the reduction in rebound i have had the rear view mirror jump off the windscreen a couple of times when i hit a big dip in the road
