In the hand book it says that the st170 has full closer on it so when you hold down the lock button twice all the windows will close. Is this an optional extra that I will need a relay for or something because my one don't work. Any ideas???

 

I have just bought an ST170 and I cant get it to work either I have the climate pack aswell so would of thought something like that would be fitted.

 

i too have just bought an st170, and likewise i could not operate the global window closing feature. Then i consulted the manual and it seems it is only available on a 4 door st. mine is not so count how many doors you got lads....??

 

You will only have it if you have a 5dr. Also, I think that you only have it aswell if you have one touch windows.

 

Yes this will only work if you have a 4/5 door, with 4 x one touch electric windows. Had it on my old mondeo, was a cool party trick, but that's it

 

My Mondeo had it aswell, great in the hot weather.

Got a few odd looks from people as I used to do it a little distance away from the car when people used to walk past, used to give them a bit of a shock.
