£140? You sure? When I bought one from Ford a couple of years back was around £50!

I bought one recently and found quite a range in prices, i bot a bosch one which was £90 and a straight swap, you could get NGK ones for around £70 which were a straight swap or you could get much cheaper £40 versions that come with no connector plug, you have to cut the plug off your original sensor and join up the wires.
