i have just been lucky enough to get a focus st 170 and am extremely happy with and enjoy every minute off!!!!! We have only had it two weeks and the other day i noticed some oil??? (i think) on the rubber heel plate in the drivers footwell i had a good look around and think it has been coming down the clutch pedal from the mechanism at the top of the clutch pedal still in the footwell (sorry not very techincal) was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or is there a chance it is just where they have greased the moving parts with it only just coming from the garage? I have wied it all away to see it it continues and hopefull be sure where from but any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

 

Common as muck this is on the ST170, its the clutch master cylinder mounted ontop of the pedal that is leaking, it needs changing, not a very difficult or expensive job to do welcome to the world of ST170's they have their niggles

nah not yours mate mines a yg52 plate got it from lincoln! you upgrade to the rs im guessin from ya pic??? how ya finding tht car???

 

class motor mate taking nothing away from the st but a lot better motor
