Pretty sure you will need - Gearbox, driveshafts, hubs, gear linkages and cables. IIRC the front cross member may require alteration as the Getrag box is wider than your MTX75. Pretty sure you need to replace the clutch aswell!
You'd be better off sticking with your current box which is more than capable of holding the power!
A ST manifold should see a reasonable hike in power but not enough to warrant a new gearbox

The ST manifold is a good addition to the zetec, I have one on my 1.8 and it made quite a bit of difference
To fit it you need the ST manifold, ST cat or decat, and the ST flexi pipe. All this pretty much mates straight to the normal zetec exhaust. I say pretty much as the flange on the ST flexi pipe is rotated about 10 degrees from the non ST one. The best solution I found was to have the flange cut off the non ST system and rewelded to match the ST bits.
Depending on how old your focus is you may also need to block one of the lambda sensor holes, if yours has 2 sensors then I think there may be some modification required as the driveshafts/gearbox on the 1.8's and 2.0's are different to the ST due to the different gearboxes.
To fit the gearbox I think (though I'm not definite) you'll need the gearbox, and driveshafts. The outer ends of the ST shafts may match the 2.0 hubs. If not you'll need them also, though thats no bad thing as you can uprate to ST front brakes which are mint
The problem with fitting the ST 'box is that the speedo take off on the ST box is different to all other foci so your clocks will not read right, if they work at all. You can probably get round this by fitting ST clocks, but I'm not sure how they are tied into the ECU and whether there would be any security system related problems, ie the immobiliser having a paddy
