I had a airtech kit on my, worked really well and notice a good drop in inlet temps on a before and after on the charge cooler. Looked really good and the kit was easy to fit with everything there. Havent used any other kits just the airtech one but as a numpty on anything hands on it was a great package.

That's great mate thanks, i do like the look of the air tech and pro alloy also do a kit, it's just a shame there isn't an in between (that I know of) rather than either universal cheap ones and the £600-£800 kits, the amount I have to do with my car I can't afford to pay this much for every engine mod but if it turns out Ill get noticeable performance gains with the air tech than anything cheaper I'll go for it but if I can get away with a slightly cheaper one with no performance/cooling loss that would be awesome

What other mods do you have already? I wouldn't worry about a front mount until you're around 320+ bhp. I found when we fitted the front mount to Kelly's car it made it quite a bit more laggy. I feel in a way it has ruined how it drives

That's the thing mate, at the minute I have standard 2.0l, I have right now (unfitted) a hybrid turbo, tubular manifold, rs valves, rs cams and rs mangement, I plan to get a good front mounted intercooler, dw65c fuel pump, 630cc Siemens injectors, super tech pistons, eagle rods, adjustable pulleys, ported head, uprated clutch, sabre remap, and much more, but I won't be fitting anything until I have everything together and ready to fit which will probobly be a complete rebuilt turbo'd engine, it's not like I have my engine up and running ready to just upgrade parts, I'll just be going all out straight off the bat hoping for 300+bhp. I plan to buy everything and not plan on replacing Anything, so I need to get it ll right first time.
