Hi everyone, 1st time poster on here so do forgive me if im in the wrong section.

i have a 1999 focus & the horn doesn't work. i've replaced fuse, relay & also tried a new horn, still nothing. but i've noticed that there's no airbag light at all when i turn the key to position II and im pretty sure there should be?

im just wondering would this be the reason the horn is not working?
