hi all,

i have some problems with my rs,

is seems that when driving at a constant speed the car seems to misfire or something, its best noticeble between 2000 and 3000 rpm, what causes this,

it also seems that when accelerating at full throttle it doenst pull smoothly up to the shift light, and when you change gear i doesnt seem the pick up as it should, boost pressure doenst build up quickly enough it seems.

what could cause this? its quite enoying,

i already changed, spark plugs, ignition pack, and leads,

the car is fitted with stainless exhaust and bleufin, and has the original airbox, didnt drive well with a k&n filter.

could be an air leak somewhere

the mis-fire between 2k and 3k rev's could be the 'cough' if your running the af map on the car

 

tought that the Af cough was around 5k?
