Hi Guys
Last night while driving the ST170 home from work, when I accelerated away from the lights the throttle pedal stuck down on full throttle, it then released and seemed fine again. At the next roundabout I floored it and it stuck again !
Driving it gently throttle is fine, when I got home I gave it a couple of revs and the peddle stayed down on full revs, then released.
When the car was cold later in the evening took it for a run and all seemed fine, cant get it to stick.
I took the cable out and it seems fine.
This morning driving it to work it was fine untill the engine got hot and then started to stick again.
Should I replace the cable ?

Oops! I should read posts better...
No, I doubt it would. The Cable is most likely "pulling" the flap open, so if the flap stuck, it would just bunch up the cable and not pull the pedal down, if that makes sense?
