Default Fitting 2.0 engine

Hi,

Iv got a 1.8 with full exhaust/induction and cams/pulleys. I mite be able to get hold of a 2.0 focus engine. Im interested in this as it gives higher std bhp and also my cams will work better in this engine so can get better gains overall.

What i want to know is will it just be a matter of getting the engine or will i need any other parts? loom, ecu etc. Will the 1.8 gearbox be ok to use and by keeping 1.8 gearbox will it help improve acceleration.

Or would just swapping the bottom end be better option.

Any help appreciated

Thanks

Matt
