Bigger ST170 flexi???
Iv bin offered a bigger flexi pipe for the st70 to fit to my 1.8 fitted with the stock st170 bits.
Its similar to these 2.5" flexi's. Stock one is meant to be 2.25"

I looked into this, apparently the standard flexi provides very little restriction in the exhaust system, its really not worth it, the standard item is plenty big enough

yea thats sound then m8. Its just saw one advertised so wondered how restrictive it wud be seen as the car its fitted to is tuned up. Only reason i was thinkin it mite improve as i no on the fiesta st its a cheap simple upgrade.May look into the decat/flexi combo by milltek as mite be able get one 2nd hand, but dont wanna pay stupid price for it lol.U know if they are any different?
