the rough bhp output on a standard 3 door sierra cosworth? and do you think it would be wise to swap a 2002 focus RS with 66k for one?

around the 220 mark and yes worth the swap id swap my mother for one

RS500 was around 220, the std 3 door cossie was same as 2wd sapph, ie 204bhp.
No way would I swap a FRS for a 3 door, RS500 included.
