Hey guys. Was wondering if anyone with their infinite wisdom could help me.
Basically I have a 2.0 zetec all nice and that with jenveys and a nice exhaust manifold. However I would like to get more power from it. Been looking at increasing the compression ratio and having the head flowed/cams etc. However I also have a set of Focus RS Pistons and rods sitting around. Was wondering if the RS pistons and rods would have a different compression ratio in a 2.0 silvertop to standard and would it be beneficial if not to then fit them and have the block decked to get the required c/r?? Or just sell them??
Also Iv seen a place that reckon they can build a 240bhp 2.0 zetec on bodies?? Does this seem viable or just maybe exaggerated figures?? Bearing in mind that they only want just over a grand for the head!
Cheers
Aaron
