Fault Code P0047

Fault Code P0047
I have got the fault code P0047 on my 2006 focus 1.6 tdci. I know the fault code means Turbo/Super Charger Boost Control Solenoid Circuit Low.
As i am not a mechanic could anyone tell me what it means in terms of fixing and cost.
