Yes, it's the Ford model appendix. C being the class ie. a C-class/size car and 307 is that particular model shape, same as the ST as well.

I thought it wouldnt qualify as a proper RS TBO after seeing previous posts on other sites from people slating the ST for being a Volvo. Essentially its the same underneath bar a LSD and Revo knuckle ?
