Can anybody tell me the bhp limit on a focus rs gearbox and also the maximum mph its geared to. thanks

 

Currently running 415bhp @ the fly on my Focus RS & have encountered no problems with the standard FRS gearbox to date

Belly (the guy whose car has featured before in the Performance Ford mag thrash days) used to run about 390bhp through his box & he liked to drive very hard & the box never let him down - max speed wise i'm certain he reached around 166mph when timed by PF
