Default Mouse (or mice) in my Focus

Wish I was joking, one came out from under the passenger seat when I was driving to work this morning, and ran up behind the dash. Fuck knows how the little shit got in - as I haven't left it open - but I don't what to do to get rid of him/her. Any ideas?

We got him/her out last night, a mate of a mate works on a farm and he had a trap that doesn't kill them, which upset him, as he wanted to. He was telling me the damage mice and rats do to the farm machinery when left unattended during the winter months
