Default My Focus

Hi all thought I'd show you my focus in progress...

bought the car in march 2004

now back from powerengineering

Its running:-
GT28 Turbo (running 0.8bar/11.6psi)
Front Mounted Intercooler
Custom made Tubular Manifold, Down pipe and Exhaust with De-cat
Omex Management system
Focus RS Injectors
Aqua mist Water injection system
K&N Induction Kit

Producing 202BHP and 211torque (but setup is good for 260HP, shame Clutch, Con rods aren't )

Its running Stock Suspension and Brakes at the moment ( ) but saving up for those now.

To come... well im leaving it visually standard even the alloys, mainly because of the money side of things (maybe in a few years ill put on a body kit) but also because it shows up alot of ppl on the motorways when they get slaughtered by a "standard" focus :P

Comments welcome
Enjoy

Very nice indeed. I'm about to buy a Focus SVT over here in California. I used to take my S2 RS Turbo to PE all the time. Seeing all their logo's on your car sure brings back some memories.

Forgot to ask - what was it to start with? ST or jsut a 2.0? How much did the PE stuff set you back?

"just" 2.0 :P cost a few bob, are you sitting down?

Ł6240 with the Exhaust... but its actually a 260BHP setup, just need a boostcontroller, to insure the conrods stay intact. but LSD, Springs and Brakes first...

hey donny! nice bit of engineering there bud. what made you go for the turbo conversion? that probably cost more than half of the car!!!!! were you not happy with the performance before or was it just to be different? i mean i know there not seriously quick anyway but how can people tell otherwise unless you put your foot down!!!! my wife would do her nut if i parted with that money! he he! you enjoy it bud and mind how you go.
