wot is the best dump valve to get for the focus rs
is the graham goode racing piston type one good or is there better

I would say stick with a recirc dv - Bailey DV30, Forge007 or the standard recirc - an atmos dv will make your car overfuel and you may also suffer from stalling when changing gear - plus as i found the noise of the atmos dv will get on your nerves after a few months and you'll want to go back to recirc anyway
