Default back fire problems....

Hi, ive been running a blue fin for a few months now and my FRS has been popping a little during deceleration. Ive been told that the blue fin will allow petrol into the engine when you take your foot off the pedal so i havent been too concerned unitl now. Yesterday i fitted a milltek de cat pipe and cat back system, during the test drive the car was backfiring much more and seemingly with more force judging by the noise. If any what damage is this likely to do to the turbo or other parts? And how do i cure it?
Thanks,
James

i changed plugs not 1000 miles ago but i am using standard parts so ill order some of the denso ones you suggested and try them. I guess they burn hotter and therefore less fuel is exhausted through the system? Thanks for the tip!
