Default EBC Brakes on FRS fitment

After fitting EBC discs and pads to the front the caliper is *VERY* close to the disc. The original pads have shims which seems to push the pad nearer the disc and further away from the top of the caliper. After 200 miles the pads are still noisy and squeal sometimes.

Anyone else fitted these?

Yeah, last easter!!!

The squealing will disappear, if not take the pads out and put copper slip around all the edges of the pads!

Hi there! I am looking for a good quality EBC Brakes for my car, because I think mine is already damaged and old. I really do not know where to go to purchase these stuffs, and since you guys already replaced yours recently, I am hoping you can give me suggestions on where could I purchase quality and affordable EBC Brakes.

Do you have any suggestions where I can purchase these things?

Thanks a lot!

Mine's quit the squealing now but the 'tith tith tith' noise is still coming from the brakes all the time, as if the discs are slightly warped I rang GGR and they've told me to wait another thousand miles.
