Default Insurance help needed please

Hello!

We bought a Focus RS 3 weeks ago & got our insurance off More Than. Well, we come to find out Tuesday night that they didn't actually insure us, but didn't think to contact us & even took money out of our account. So we were driving illegaly for 3 weeks without even knowing!

Anyways, the problem we are having now is that we are finding it a bit hard to get insured. So who does everyone else use for themselves?
My partner is 30, driving over 10 years with full no claims.
I'm 23, driving only 1 year with 1 years no claims.
A few company's are saying it's my age, not the fact that i've only been driving for 1 year, but I know a few Focus RS owners who are under 25 so who do they go with?

Boncaster won't because of my age & i've gone through confused.com but they're mostly around £1500! We didn't even pay that much for both of us on an Escort Cosworth last year!

Any help or advice would be much appreciated!

Admiral or elephant seem good. I'm covered with a modified RS at 21 for 700ish.

Crowds.

I think Adrian Flux would be your best bet due to your age.

Thank you!
The company I insured my Golf with said a few weeks ago that they couldn't help us but last night gave a brilliant quote so we're sorted now.

Thanks again!
