hi guys got a 52 plate frs and the kast week and a half developed a problem with what i think is the actuator.when you floor it needle on boost gauge flys round and buries itself in the red.making a noise like drawing into to much air or that actuator might be stuck open.its affected the idling and everything.bugging the hell out of me any ideas lads?

 

That happened to me once but it fixed itself the next day!

If you have bluefin use it to read fault codes and you will probably have overboost condition fault. Get a mech to take a look.

 

used the bluefin no fault code showed up so can only think split pipe or actuator.
