Default clutch problems???

hi guys, i noticed wen coming up my hill today a little squeek wen riding the clutch out, like from 1st to 2nd. i then slowley rode it out in first and it gave a little squeek. i remember my shit old mini used to do this and i was told it was the thrust bearing. my car has only done 18k from new and my father owned it before me so its never been tracked or abused. the clutch stuill has a very fast aggresive bight and has never slipped or ne thing like that. i was wondering if it wasnt designed to be ridden out slowly? can any body give me any information on the clutch in the RS? thanks guys.

I think its an AP Racing organic clutch. If you are running more than say 280bhp the tuner guys recommend upgrading it to the AP Racing 6 paddle clutch, this is an on off clutch so is slightly more snatchey than the organic one. The standard clutch has been known to slip with the extra power.
