Default st170 subwoofer

Hi all I brought a factory ford subwoofer and amp for my st170 put it in boot plugged it in and doesn't seam to work,i have a 6006 cd player in the car,someone says it will not work with this cd is that true if so what do I need to get thanks jim

has to be the 9006 audiophile unit as no other will work, best of luck finding one though as they are thin on the ground and most are faulty

Is that the 6 disc one Steve? If so i have 2 here and both faulty.

I put a sony in the wifes focus which must have uprated speakers because is sounds really good for stock.

the normal 6 disc is 6006 paul, but the ones that have a sub output are the 9006 which are hens teeth to find working
