Hi can someone please tell me what to do with my st170

Fault codes that came up were
P0133
P0136
PO141
P1381
P1383

The car idles quite high 1200rpm, when driving it stutters as if its getting the wrong mixtures.

Any help greatefully received!

P0133 - O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0136 - Oxygen O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
P1381 - Variable Cam Timing over-advanced (Bank 1)
P1383 - Variable Cam Timing over-retarded (Bank 1)

Yes every one of the codes comes up, what do i need to replace on the car to get rid of them?
