I was think more to do with swapping hubs or re-drill of the hubs. Wanted to know if it has been done before?

It has been done with redrilling. As far as im aware thats the only way. Weld the old holes up and re drill.

Not sure if 5 x 108 is also a Ford PCD, but if it is it may be possible to use C max 5 stud hubs, which are based on Focus's?

Wes has it. The Connect is a focus (more or less!) I even used a heap of sensors off the engine of a Connect for my Focus.

Did you find a solution for this? I'm in this chapter now trying to find if it's possible..
Bought the right wheel in the wrong lug pattwrn..has anyone ever converted their 01 focus from 4x108 to 5x108? Also, has anyone tried an 18inch wheel for this model year?
