Turned the car on this morning. And only the right hand side of the instrument cluster bulbs are working? Anyone know why that would happen? Indicators are not coming on neither the left hand side of the cluster?

Hazards work and and indicators work by that, but not on the stalk? Also the heated rear window and wiper doesn't work?

Checked fuses relevant to problems, but all seem fine?
