We have a mk1 1.6l focus and never a problem.
Serviced annually etc..
Only work have been new tyres....odd bulb...bushes etc....brake pads..antiroll bar nr side...both front suss springs..
So it got me thinking what can we do to improve the performance etc and happy motoring..
We are having the following work done later..
Drivers side anti roll bar..
Rear bushes both sides etc..
Oil n filter change...

Next week we are thinking of having the gearbox oil changed as its never been changed any recommendation on quality n product..
All the sparks have never been changed so ive bought some NGK TR5A 005..
Looking at new HT leads any ideas of aquality make...
Plus a new ignition coil....

The cars as served us well its an 05 reg and we have had since 06....
Its a great car and have done 65k on the clock...
So any ideas to make keep it going etc....

Spark plugs never changed since 2005?!?

 

I know its naughty..
Not my car it belong to the missus....
But i have them now.
So hoping that will make a difference..
Also the new ht leads and coil will be added next week..
