lowering 1.8 mk1 focus

lowering 1.8 mk1 focus
would the standard shocks be ok with -35 mm lowering springs

mine used to bottom out and bang about.Fit st struts,they are abt an inch lower and firmer,i put lowering springs on the back an it looks great.

I was gonna be getting AVO springs from a ford tuners near to me and not crappy cheap ones off ebay

when you st struts is this just suitable for the front or rear as well and are they just standard st mounts
