Default Mk1.5 focus heaters

Hi the wife has been moaning about the heaters on the car. When the blowers arnt as good as they are. When i press the resuculate button the heaters work ok.I noticed the sound deadning is wet.Im think it could be the pollon fiter full of water since we have had rain for the past 2 days lol.

Anyone have any ideas.I will have a look at it at the weekend when its day light.

Pollen filter sodden in water no doubt glenny babes. Whip it out and see if the flow improves! Chances are the scuttle panel has broken some clips, so replacement is the only option really, or whack some gaffer tape over the seal lol

I noticed the other day that the black trim where the wipers(scuttle panel) is had lifted off the window so there was a gap for the water to get in.Do you know if new pollon filters come with the seal.

I don't think they do. Ford used to sell a repair kit which is a piece of adhesive foam that you can stick between the screen and scuttle but it doesn't work.

No they don't, although having one comes hand in hand with replacing the filter.

It has it's own finis number, it is what is described above.

Mu mate has a 06 focus and has has shit heaters too.I had a look at ir a few months back. The pollon filter looked new.At the time i didnt think abour checking it without the filter in
