got a weird problem with the locking on my focus, if i use the remote it only unlocks the passenger doors and not the drivers one. if i use the key it unlocks all of the doors fine. could this be an actuator problem and is it an easy fix. thanks in advance

 

Probably needs a new door catch mechanism, common problem.

 

Try having a good old squirt around with wd40 first all around the lock, inside key hole etc. Take the door panel off if you can and squirt any moving parts.
