Hi people just would like to share with you my project / bit of fun. Before every one starts saying why would you spend money on it, it's just for fun.
I have a mk5 1.8 tddi fiesta, I recently fitted a mondeo 2.0 front mount intercooler. Used a transit connect inlet manifold to allow for intercool pipe fitting, removed the egr, and made a straight thought exhaust system from 3 different exhaust system ma I had, including decat by removing it all together and having a 3 inch down pipe from turbo, stepping down to 2.5 inch then down to 2.25 towards the back.
I found a few people of a Facebook group who have 1.8 tddi and some a few different mods. Just seeing if many people on here has to.

Also has any one remapped there 1.8 tddi, as this engine uses the ecu for fueling rather than the older style engines in the mondeo and escort where you could adjust the turbo and fuel screw and that's was all you needed for more gains.
