hello people, can anyone tell me what mods i will need to get 200bhp out of my s2?

a chip, exaust, intercooler and posibly a cam

 

thought so, bought the car in november, its been at the body shop ever since, ive only driven it once!
it has a full stainless, hybrid turbo bigger actuator, bleed valve, gas flowed head, piper cams and ive just bought a pace double capacity intercooler. the car has not been chipped yet

do u think it will make 200bhp once its been chipped ?

 

depends on the condition of the parts, if they are reasonablly new / good condition then I reckon you will have about 175@fly, you will need a chip at some point.

 

i think you will easily see 200bhp and some @ 20psi

 

18psi i reckon around 210bhp

 

firstly it wont run 20psi safely on the pace cooler
secondly what makes you think he has the fuelling to run 20psi,cant mind seeing a rst that runs 20psi on mfi without some fuelling mods

 

Mmmm well out of the expierience i have with my old rst`s most recently my S2 rst


I had a fresh build with piper cam / pulley , GRS , mongoose system , bayoo chip flowed head and a new turbo ( standard ) with 14psi , actually 1 bar to be more precise

Anyway had the car set up at a local rolling road centre ( A.V.A ) and the set it up and car came rolling out with 156@wheels at 1 bar which it did go like stink and did so until i sold it , according to them a.v.a it was good for the mods done etc and boost , so i was happy as fook

To cut along story short , i would not wind up the boost to choke the engine to make say " 200 " bhp

Just my opinion though , i know 200bhp can be made with listed mods and theres people out there that have done so , but i dont think mines would have with say 20 psi ? anyways this is just my expeirence
