Default Immobiliser/Alarm Problem

Hi, Don't know if anyone can help, just rebuilt a S2 and after connecting everything up I can get the engine to turn over and the doors lock and unlock by the remote, the electric windows work as well as the interior light....................but I have no dash warning lights and no fuel pump whirring etc etc. The alarm is a Maystar and the Immobiliser is an Auto watch. There is a aftermarket switch fitted under the steering wheel but this makes no differance whatever position its in.

left a wire off the battery (maybe fitted it to neg rather than pos?!?)

or coil isnt connected (wires maybe damaged) try putting a wire from the pos side of the battery into the black wire side of the coil and refitting plug, see if lights come on then (so the pos feed is trapped in the coil black wire side under the plug, if u follow me ) lights shud then lite up

I have got two brown wires left but when connecting these to the pos terminal they stopped the remote lock/unlock working and still didn't light up the dash lights

That might be the problem then, thats the trouble when you try and finish off someone else's project, but I will get there in the end
